Please read these terms carefully before using the MORTAL website at wearemortal.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. About MORTAL
MORTAL is a project currently in development, operated from the United Kingdom. Our first product, the Guide, is an AI grief companion in prototype. This Site exists to explain what we are building and to collect waitlist sign-ups from people who want early access before the paid pilot opens.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you are expressing interest in early access to the Guide. It does not guarantee access, a specific place in queue, or a particular timeline. We will contact you when early access becomes available. We will not spam you, sell your details, or contact you for any purpose unrelated to MORTAL and the Guide.
You may request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing ronnie@wearemortal.com or james@wearemortal.com.
3. Use of this Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable UK or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
- Knowingly introduce viruses or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, design, brand assets, the MORTAL name, wordmark, symbol, and wave — is owned by or licensed to MORTAL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional, clinical, therapeutic, or medical advice. MORTAL is not a crisis service. If you are in distress or need immediate support, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis service in your country.
References to third-party resources, traditions, thinkers, or practitioners on this Site do not constitute an endorsement of those sources.
